  • We start with a quick brief, questionnaire and mood-board so I understand your brand, your audience and what you need. From there I design, send through concepts and refine based on your feedback. It stays simple and collaborative the whole way.

  • Anything you already have helps. Brand assets, inspiration, content, or even just a rough idea. If you’re not sure, I’ll guide you through it so we’re not guessing.

  • Yes. I’ll design within your current brand. If things feel inconsistent, I can also help refine the direction so everything feels more cohesive moving forward.

  • Both. Some clients come in for a single project, others work with me on an ongoing basis for regular design support.

  • It depends on the scope, but most smaller projects are turned around within one to two weeks. Larger projects will be scoped properly before we begin.

  • If needed, I can create Canva templates so you can make small edits or reuse designs while still keeping everything on brand.

  • I can either supply print ready files or manage the printing process and coordinate with suppliers for you.

  • That’s completely fine. Most clients aren’t. We can start with a quick chat and figure out what will actually be useful for your business.
