Step 1 — Book your shoot Choose one-off or subscribe. Click the button below to book and pay.
Step 2 — Check your inbox As soon as your payment is confirmed you'll receive a confirmation email with two things — a link to lock in your shoot date via Google Calendar and your pre-shoot intake form. Get both done straight away so we can get the ball rolling.
Step 3 — I build your shoot plan Once your form is submitted I put together a strategic plan for the day so we're not wasting a single minute. Every shot is mapped to a purpose and you'll receive your shot list before shoot day so you know exactly what we're creating.
Step 4 — Shoot day 3 hours or less. I direct everything. You bring your team, your space and your personality! That's all you need.
Step 5 — Delivered in 4 business days Your full Google Drive folder lands in your inbox. Edited reels. Raw files. B-roll. All organised and ready to use.

Primarily yes. Clinics, salons, wellness, hospitality and local service brands are where this work performs best. But we also love working with founders, personal brands and individuals who are ready to show up and build something worth following.

Yes. Many teams prefer this if they have an in-house editor.

Yes, travel outside the Coolangatta is charged at $0.90 per km.

→ The number of final deliverables will vary depending on your business, shoot environment, content captured and the flow of the day itself. You will always receive enough edited reels to post consistently every week for 30 days.
→ The type of content you want will also impact the volume of deliverables. The Content Bank is designed for fast, short-form social media reels — lo-fi and camera footage built for Instagram. This is not high-end videography or cinematic production. If you're expecting heavily produced, multi-location or complex edit content, this isn't the right fit. What you will get is real, engaging, scroll-stopping content that actually performs on social media.
→ Carousels, static posts and written content are not included in this package and remain the responsibility of the client.
→ All content is delivered via Google Drive within 4 business days of your shoot date. Raw files and b-roll are provided as-is — additional editing of raw files is not included.
→ Shot plans are built by By Samara prior to your shoot date. Clients are welcome to submit ideas and references but final shot plan decisions are made by Samara based on what will perform best for your content goals.
→ Subscription shoots are scheduled every 5 weeks. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 5 business days written notice to hello@bysamaracribb.com.au.
Cancellation of a subscription requires 14 days written notice before your next scheduled shoot date.
→ By Samara retains the right to use content created during shoots for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the shoot.
→ By Samara is not liable for content that is not used, posted incorrectly or scheduled outside of the recommended timeframe.
