Before a single piece of content goes out, we take the time to get it right. You'll fill out a short onboarding questionnaire so I can get under the skin of your business: your voice, your goals, your clients and your brand. From there I build out your strategy and content direction so everything that follows feels intentional, not random. You show up once. I take it from there.

Once we're up and running, you'll get access to your own Notion client portal. Your content calendar, captions waiting for approval, monthly reports, shoot plans and any assets we're working with, all in one place, always up to date. No chasing emails. No wondering what's going live. Just a clean, simple space that keeps us both on the same page.

Every month runs on a clear structure so nothing gets missed and nothing feels rushed. Week one we review and plan. Week two we create and build. Week three we shoot and edit. Week four everything gets finalised, approved and scheduled. You'll always know what week we're in and what's happening. It's the kind of consistency that makes the difference between socials that drift and socials that actually grow.

Nothing goes live without your sign off. Every caption, every reel, every carousel, you review it in your Notion portal, leave a comment if anything needs tweaking and approve when you're happy.

For service based businesses, the main thing I need is your time once a month for content creation. That means being available to book in a shoot and keeping communication clear around that time so we can capture everything we need.
From there, I take care of the rest and keep it simple and collaborative.

Content creation can absolutely be included or added on. All of my local clients pair management with regular content days so we’re never scrambling for visuals.

Instagram is the main focus, with Facebook support where it makes sense. If you have something else in mind, we can chat through what’s actually worth your time.
